Refund Policy

At Leap Afrique Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, training, and personal development experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services and programmes.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Leap Afrique Ltd are considered confirmation of your commitment to the service or programme. Refunds are issued only under the conditions outlined below:

2. Coaching Services (Individual & Corporate)

  • Session Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Refunds:
  • Once a coaching package has commenced (i.e., after the first session), no refunds will be issued unless exit aclause is indicated in the contractual agreement.
  • If a client chooses to discontinue before starting, a full refund may be granted

3. Training Programmes & Workshops

  • Cancellations by Participant:
  • 14 days or more before the start date: Full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
  • 7–13 days before the start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.

4. Corporate Engagements

Refund and cancellation terms for corporate training, consulting, or coaching engagements will be governed by the specific contract or agreement signed with the client organization.

5. Programme Cancellation by Leap Afrique Ltd

Leap Afrique Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a programme due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • Participants will be offered:
  • A full refund, or
  • The option to transfer to a future session

6. Digital Products & Materials

–  All purchases of digital content, including assessments, toolkits, and recorded programmes, are non-refundable once access has been granted.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies occur. Requests for refunds outside this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

8. Refund Processing

–  Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

– Refunds will be made using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
